NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 A.m., on the 18 day of January, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4, lying East of Palm Creek, Lee County, Florida; (O.R. 1130/1095) lying in Section 14, Township 43, Range 25.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
