Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a final judgment of foreclosure in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 24 and 25, Block 5313, Cape Coral Unit 58, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 128 through 147, inclusive of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the December 22, 2011, beginning at 9:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
