NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 18 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-006312, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and KATHRYN M. GRAMMER A/K/A KATHRYN GRAMMAR A/K/A KATHRYN GRAMMER, VIENTO DE MAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, DENNIS GARDNER and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHRYN M. GRAMMER A/K/A KATHRYN GRAMMAR A/K/A KATHRYN GRAMMER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 21 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF APARTMENT NO. 4, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THOSE ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF VIENTO DEL MAR, CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1415, PAGES 1650 THROUGH 1685, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED OF RECORD, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
