NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 23, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2009-CA-062838 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and HARRY T. CHAPLIN AS TRUSTEE OF THE CHAPLIN FAMILY TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 28, 2001; FAY G. CHAPLIN AS TRUSTEE OF THE CHAPLIN FAMILY TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 28, 2001; THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE CHAPLIN FAMILY TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 28, 2001; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A SARAH PODKOWA; TENANT #2 N/K/A JASON ACEVEDO are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 28 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
