NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 21 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-059363, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and MADELAINE DE LA CARIDAD ESTEVEZ A/K/A MADELAINE D. ESTEVEZ, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., SUNBRIDGE CAPITAL, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MADELAINE DE LA CARIDAD ESTEVEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A PEDRO PELAZE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 21 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
