NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 31, 2009 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-052953, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE TRUST AGREEMENT FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST SERIES 2004-11 is the Plaintiff, and KATHERINE SIMOS A/K/A KATHERINE SIMAS; GERALD E. ROSSEY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 22 day of December, 2011 at 9:00 am online at www.lee.realforeclose.com., the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 61 AND 62, BLOCK 3228, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 2 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
