NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 23, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-001435 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein Bella Terra of Southwest Florida, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Stacie A. Covington and Mathew Covington are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 28 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
