Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 23 day of November, 2011, and entered in case No. 10-CC-006168 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MIRAMAR APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL F. BOWIE, ALISON BOWIE and MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of December, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Apartment Number 207, MIRAMAR APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Record Book 242 at Page 625, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
