Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 22 day of November, 2011, in Civil Action No. 11-CC-002496, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which GULF HIDEAWAY I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATOIN, INC., is the Plaintiff, and KENNETH A. HERMES and BARBARA J. HERMES are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 22 day of December, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
UNIT NO. 3, BUILDING G, OF HIDEAWAY I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4693, PAGE 291 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
