NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this case now pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 22 day of December, 2011, at 9:00 am, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 27, 28 AND 29, BLOCK 5990, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 92, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 36 TO 39, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
