Myers, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Lee County Clerk of Courts Official Foreclosure Auction site Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 21st day of December 2011, the following described property as set forth in the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
UNIT 703, BUILDING 7, OF VILLAGE OF STONEYBROOK I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD INSTRUMENT #2006000058585, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED,
A/K/A 9460 Ivy Brook Run, Unit 703, Fort Myers, FL. 33913
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
