25 feet to the West right of way line of Durance Road; thence run South 00Ëš00'07” West along said right of way line for 635.96 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described parcel. From said POINT OF BEGINNING continue running South 00Ëš00'07” West for 157.44 feet to a line which lies 202.44 feet North of the South line of the North ¾ of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15; thence run North 89Ëš47'.35” West along said line for 215.18 feet; thence run North 00Ëš00'06.96” East for 213.44 feet; thence run South 89Ëš47'08.96” East for 102.18 feet; thence run South 00Ëš00'07” West for 56.00 feet; thence run South 89Ëš47'08.38” East fir 113.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Less that parcel of lands described as follows:

From said point of beginning run North 89Ëš47'08.38” West for 113.00 feet; thence run North 00Ëš00'07” East for 56.00 feet/ thence run North 89Ëš47'08.38” West for 102.18 feet; thence run North 00Ëš00'06.96” East for 49.39 feet; thence run South 89Ëš47'08.38 East fir 215.252 feet to the West right of way line of Durrance Road; thence run South 00Ëš00'07” West for 105.39 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
