NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated November 21, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-015558 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the C-BASS Trust 2006-CB9 C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB9, Plaintiff and Deborah S. Granger and Dennis F. Granger are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on January 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, STARKEY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
