NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2011-004047-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Seminole Country Green Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Yvonne Klieforth is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on January 13, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment,
to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 102A, and an undivided interest or share in
the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of SEMINOLE COUNTRY GREEN CONDOMINIUM PHASE I, as recorded in O.R. Book 4848, Page 1456, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 13 through 18, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any way appertaining; SUBJECT TO all easements, covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, and like matters of record, and subject to real estate taxes for the year of closing and subsequent years.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
