Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause on November 23, 2011, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the clerk of this court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit Week Number 46 in Unit Number 106 Coral Reef Beach Resort, a Condominium, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5460, Page 671, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, together with the use and occupancy rights of a Plan Participant in the Flex-Time Plat.
at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Tuesday, January 3, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
