The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 27, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 6, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of the certain Declaration of Condominium of TREASURE ISLAND VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, recorded in O.R. Book 4670, page 1333 through 1387, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 27, Page 83 through 85, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Also known as 10365 Paradise Blvd. Unit 6, Treasure Island, Florida 33706.
