Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2010, and an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated November 21, 2011, entered in Case No. 08-017784-CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and A SHARPENING & MOWER REPAIR, INC., a dissolved Florida corporation, and JEFFREY R. GOURLAY are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on the 24th day of January, 2012 at www.pinellas.reaforeclose.com, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 25, Block 7, PELHAM MANOR NO. 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 22, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS
