NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-010092 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Bank of America, National Association, as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Washington Mutual Pass-Through Certificates, WMALT Series 2007-OA2, Plaintiff and Ludner Confident and Marie M. Confident are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 122, SKIMMER POINT PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 79 THROUGH 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
