ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-14, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-14 is Plaintiff and LOUIS SERPATI A/K/A LOUIS J. SERPATI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
