NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08017167CI SECTION 007, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, US BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CBASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CB6 is Plaintiff and GUY A. PROCTOR; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GUY A. PROCTOR; CATHY PROCTOR; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEESM OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1, TENANT #2 TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARITES IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31ST day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15 OF CRESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
