YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, FLORIDA BANK, a Florida banking corporation, seeking foreclosure of the following real property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lots 9 and 10 and that part of Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 46, REPLAT OF ST. PETERSBURG BEACH SUBDIVISION, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 28 and 29, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
From a Point of Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 11, run North 60 deg. East, along the Southerly boundary of said Lot 11, 39.5 feet; thence run North 25 deg. 09'28” West, 164.79 feet; thence South 60 deg. West 34.91 feet; thence North 30 deg. West, 50.8 feet to the North line of said Lot 12, of said Block 46; thence South 60 deg. West 18.15 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 12; thence South 30 deg. East, 215 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Henderson, Esquire, Plaintiff's attorneys, Adams and Reese LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
