YOU ARE NOTIFIED, that an action to foreclose a mortgage, to the following property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
THE WEST 45 FEET OF LOT 22 AND THE EAST 25 FEET OF LOT 21, A REPLAT OF BAYSIDE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 18-19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on HAMDEN H. BASKIN, III, ESQUIRE, the Petitioner's attorney, whose address is: 13577 Feather Sound Drive, Suite 550, Clearwater, Florida 33762, on or before January 9, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Cross-Claim.
