NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 18, 2009 entered in Civil Case No. 522010CA014933XXCICI, Section 015 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Clearwater, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 12th day of January, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 44, DREW TERRACE, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 20, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
