NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 5, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008 010673 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, AS Indenture Trustee under the Indenture Relating to IMH Assets Corp., Collateralized Asset-Backed Bonds, Series 2007-A, Plaintiff and Russell Brancato are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on January 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 44, BLOCK 1, CROSS POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGE 49-54 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
