NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 1, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-003283 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york,as trustee for the certificateholders of cwalt, inc., alternative loan trust 2005-17, mortgage pas-through certificates, series 2005-17, Plaintiff and LISA STIER, Et Al; are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.pinellas.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 9:00 AM, January 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
