NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 11, 2010 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-012673-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of January, 2012 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL, UNIT NO. 406, SAND KEY CONDOMINIUM - SOUTH BEACH 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 83, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4055, PAGE 1076, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
