NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 12th day of January, 2012, at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit Number 129, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded on O.R. Book 5039, Pages 58 through 126 inclusive, and re-recorded in O.R. Book 5043, Pages 182 through 250 inclusive, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 42, Pages 81 through 85 inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
