Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 14, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 1548, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 31, 32 AND 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 12409 STAGECOACH LANE, BAYONET POINT, FL 34667; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on January 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
