DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-1, is Plaintiff and MAVIS KATHLEEN EMERY A/K/A MAVIS EMERY, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 1st day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
