NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17TH day of September, 2010, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-002231-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's Public Auction website, www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 3RD day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 657, REGENCY PARK, UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGES 14-15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
