NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-008189WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and KATHY J. CLOSS; HOLIDAY LAKES WEST CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; SHANNON KINGMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHY J. CLOSS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHANNON KINGMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17th day of February, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 125, HOLIDAY LAKES WEST UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 64-65 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
