NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 7th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-05125-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006-FRE1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE1. is the Plaintiff and MIODRAG PLAVSIC A/K/A MIODRAG G. PLAVSIC; MILINA PLAVSIC; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00 a.m. on the 5th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, OF HERITAGE PINES VILLAGE 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
