NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 15, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-001565ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”)is Plaintiff and JUAN CARLOS DE LA FUENTE; OSLITA E. DE LA FUENTE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. GILLAM'S SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS LAKE PASADENA LAND COMPANY, PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 57, PORTION OF BLOCK 7, IN SECTION 9, DESCRIBED AS COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 THENCE ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, WEST 275.60 FEET, AND THENCE SOUTH 00°08'10” WEST, 487.49 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 89°43'13” WEST, 46.28 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, SOUTH 00°14'23” WEST, 634.43 FEET, THENCE PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, SOUTH 89°58'22” WEST, 184.83 FEET TERMINATING AT THE EXISTING NORTH-SOUTH LINE OF THE ORIGINAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS 0040-00700-0011, THENCE NORTH 00°16'46” EAST, 360.45 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 86°23'10” EAST, 83.28 FEET, THENCE NORTH 00°09'45” WEST, 278.7 FEET, THENCE NORTH 89°43'13” EAST, 103.42 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
