NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated November 28, 2011, in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-009974 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and Shawn M. Gardner and Danielle D. Gardner, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on line via www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 4th day of January 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 396, BEAR CREEK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 3 ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE(S) 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES AS CONVEYED IN DEED FROM HELEN MANN, WIDOW AND SURVIVING SPOUSE OF ISADORE MANN, DECEASED RECORDED 09/24/2002 IN DOCUMENT NUMBER 2002148286, BOOK 5078, PAGE 1836 IN SAID COUNTY AND STATE.
Commonly Known as: 11319 Fox Run, Port Richey, FL 34668.
