Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 26 South, Range 20 East, Pasco County, Florida; thence run Southerly 885.26 feet, more or less, to the Southerly edge of State Road #54 for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run Southerly 437.06 feet, more or less; thence run Westerly 333.45 feet, more or less; thence run Northerly 551.63 feet, more or less to the Southerly side of State Road #54; thence meander Easterly along the Southerly side of State road #54 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk within 60 days after the sale.
