Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 22, 2011, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-000632 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK, is the Plaintiff, and Y AND Z REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS, LLC; DOUGLAS YANNA; EDWARD ZBIEGEN, JR.; and LAST TYCOON, LLC, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on February 22, 2012, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Begin 95 feet South and 20 feet East of the NW corner of the SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 35, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, run thence East 135 feet, South 50 feet, West 135 feet and North 50 feet to the Point of Beginning.

PARCEL 2:

Beginning 20 feet South and 20 feet East of the NW corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 35, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, thence East 135 feet, South 75 feet, West 135 feet and North 75 feet to the Point of Beginning, Said property being on South Fairview Avenue and Illinois Avenue in the City of Bradenton, Florida.

PARCEL 3:

Being 145 feet South and 20 feet East of the NW corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 35, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, situate lying and being in Manatee County, Florida; thence South 88 1/3 feet, East 135 feet, North 88 1/3 feet and West 135 feet to the Point of Beginning. Less the South 1/2; Less the West 10 feet for street right of way. Situate lying and being in Manatee County, Florida.
