AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-2 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2,, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT E LEE are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on December 16, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 37 AND 38, BLOCK 6, RIVER HAVEN, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 146, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
