You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of LEN JOHNSON, JR., deceased, date of death, September 19, 2011, by the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, Probate Division, which address is St. Andrews Heath Campus, 1400 Lammers Hike, Batesville, IN 47006, that the total cash value of the estate is $28,818.42, and that the name and address of whom has been assigned by such Order are attached to this notice:

All creditors of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate on whom a copy of this notice is served within three months after the date of the first publication of this notice must file their claims with this Court within the time period provided by law.
All other creditors of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent must file their claims with this court. AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD PROVIDED BY THE LAW, ALL claims and demands not so filed AND ANY CLAIM FILED TWO YEARS AFTER DECEDENT'S TIME OF DEATH will be barred forever.
