Shore, Clerk of Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on December 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM, conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Unit 6, TWO RIVERS BUSINESS PARK, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1824, Page 6097, as amended in Official Records Book 2033, Page 288, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 31, Page 24, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on November 23, 2011, in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is First Federal Bank of Florida, as Successor in Interest to Flagship National Bank vs. Expanse Holdings, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Eric G. Johnson, and Two Rivers Business Park Condominium Association, Inc., and the Case number of which is 2011 CA 004582.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
