NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated November 16, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-008886 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger LaSalle Bank National Association, as trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 1, 2006, GSAMP Trust 2006-HE8, Plaintiff and Jose Gabriel Chichande and Marcelo Oswaldo Cepeda and Marjorie Elizabeth Macias, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on December 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 6, HOLIDAY HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
