NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order to reschedule sale dated November 16, 2011, and entered in 2009-CA-006218 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.,, is the Plaintiff and JESSE JAMES CATLETT; DANA MAE R CATLETT AKA DANA R CATLETT; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on December 16, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT A STAKE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TAMPA AND PALMETTO ROAD. THE SAME BEING ROBERT YOUNGBLOODS SOUTHEAST CORNER OF OLD SCHOOL. Lot, thence run south 93 feet, thence west 210, thence north 93 feet, thence east 210 feet to the point of beginning, being in section 29, township 33 south, range 19 east, manatee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
