Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2011 entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 013144 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am on the 16th day of December, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, MAGNOLIA HAMMOCK AT UNIVERSITY PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41,PAGE 84, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
