NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated November 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2008CA004811, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and GLORIA E. INSUA PRIETO; MIGUEL A. PRIETO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS,
DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; RIVER PLACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE III, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00am, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 29th day of December, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 103, RIVER PLACE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
