NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10-CA-008892 of the Circuit Court of the SIXth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, Plaintiff, and, JOANN GATES, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, at the hour of 2:00pm, on the 4 day of January, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 91, IN BLOCK C, CANTERBURY VILLAGE FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78 AT PAGE 26 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
