NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-002694-DIV H of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Tampa, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in Room 201/202, 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, at 10:00 A.M. on the 22 day of December, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 121, BLOCK A, CARRIAGE POINTE PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE 270, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
