DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-FRE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH, CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and FELICITTA DEGUCHY; BAYSHORE POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; BAYSHORE POINTE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TIM THURMAN are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 BLOCK X, BAYSHORE POINTE TOWNHOMES PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 87, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
