NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-018974-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”), Plaintiff and Andre J. Sas are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on January 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, AND THE SOUTHERLY 8 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK D, PALM GROVE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS PORTION FOR WIDENING OF OLD BRADENTON ROAD.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
