NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 018286 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-3 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3is Plaintiff and MARGERY E. VACHA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGERY E. VACHA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CHESTNUT CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 27th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, ESTATES OF CHESTNUT CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, AT PAGES 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
