Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 4 day of January, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at Collier County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 533, FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS, a Condominium according to that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3866, pages 4006 through 4127, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with the exclusive right to use Parking Space 133, together with all appurtenance thereto, and an undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.
Pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
