NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-005610, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SHERI NELSON A/K/A SHERI C. NELSON, THADDEUS NELSON A/K/A THADDEUS S NELSON, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS, INC., PINEHURST AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION II RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION, INC., STRATFORD PLACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE and JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 28 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 105 OF STRATFORD PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 15-21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
